Attorney Viviana A. Quijano, founder and managing partner of Quijano Law, specializes in U.S. Immigration Law. A graduate of The University of Alabama School of Law, she is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Colombian Bar Association in the Republic of Colombia. Mrs. Quijano routinely speaks at community events in the southeast about U.S. immigration law.

Mrs. Quijano is fluent in Spanish and English, and she has more than a decade of experience with family, humanitarian, and labor related immigration matters. She represents clients before the various government agencies that administer U.S. Immigration Law, including EOIR (immigration court), USCIS, AAO, DOL, and DOS among others. Working through the various agencies, she obtains waivers, visas, lawful permanent residence (green cards) and naturalization for clients with lawful paths to such benefits, including victims of crime, unaccompanied minors, and employment-based immigrants. Mrs. Quijano also represents clients before the Immigration Courts where she advocates on behalf of immigrants in deportation and removal proceedings.

Mr. Sorrells is the director of operations for Quijano Law. He oversees our internal business functions and routinely works alongside our attorneys to provide in-depth knowledge of business disciplines and analysis, including marketing, economics, finance, and statistics among others. His expertise complements our attorneys engaged with business clients, investors, and third-parties involved in the employment or investor immigration processes. Mr. Sorrells is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and Global Business Administration. He joined Quijano Law in 2013 and since that time has been key to multiple successes in our business and investor cases.
